Customer Service was AWESOME! I was out of town and had a problem and they made sure my car was fixed so that I could get home to my kids. Everyone went out of their way for me and I couldn't express my appreciation enough!

I would say one should definitely try Vickers Auto at least once. I can understand that for the first time people can be bit apprehensive of going to a new shop apart from their regular auto shop, but its worth trying once.
